Alabama becomes sixth state to receive Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber’s broadband services; new expansion markets near completion in Louisiana, Missouri and Nebraska.
SULPHUR, La., Jan. 9, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber (“Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber” or the “Company”), a leading broadband service provider to communities throughout the United States, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Moundville Communications, Inc. (“Moundville Communications”), a leading telecommunications provider in Alabama. The acquisition, effective Jan. 1, expands the Company’s presence into its sixth state as it begins to offer broadband services in Alabama under the Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber name.
