What happens if I am enrolled in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) with another internet provider?

If you are a new Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber customer, you must fill out the Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber Subsidy Form. In this form, you will be asked if you allow Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber to transfer your ACP benefit from your old internet provider to Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber. Transferring your ACP benefit to Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber will no longer apply to any service you receive from another provider. You may be subject to that provider’s undiscounted rates if you maintain service from them. Once your Fastwyre now powered by Swyft Fiber service is installed, you will be notified of the status of your ACP application within 48 hours, and if approved you will receive the subsidy credit starting on your next billing cycle.
